Summary:
A Sales Trainee is an entry-level position that will provide you with the training necessary to develop into a sales role that suits your strengths and serves our customers in our market at a high level. In this 1-2 year program, you begin with warehouse and delivery duties in order to learn about the basics of Electrical Distribution and our specific products. Trainees then rotate into Counter and Inside Sales, as well as a small focus on operational roles of the business including Purchasing, Back Office, and Project Management to better understand our business as a whole.
