Sales Transformation Director

We are seeking an experienced Director, Sales Transformation & Program Delivery to play a pivotal role in shaping Adobe’s evolving go-to-markettransformation strategy. This leader will serve as a transformation expert, enterprise program manager, and architect of our transformation/PMO operating model, driving our most complex, visible, and strategic initiatives.

This role will begin as an individual contributoroperatingat director scope, leadingcross functional,functional, highprograms while mentoring junior team members andestablishingthe standards that will guide how our Transformation Office scales.
