The Role

Propel Holdings is investing heavily in Salesforce as our core operational platform. Over the next 12 months you’ll work across:

• Marketing Cloud rollout
• Service Cloud go‑live with Agentforce embedded
• MuleSoft integration layer and a new Identity Provider rollout
• An in‑house Agentforce programme bringing AI‑driven categorisation in‑house
