Salesforce & CRM Analyst We are seeking a Salesforce & CRM Analyst to manage and enhance our clients Salesforce platform, maintain high quality CRM data, and deliver reporting and insights to support business decision making.# For You: Location:Dublin 2 Hours: Hybrid - Monday - Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm Annual Leave:22 Days Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Salesforce, including users, permissions, and system configuration. Develop dashboards, reports, and CRM analytics for business stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy through cleansing, validation, and governance processes. Support Salesforce integrations and troubleshoot data-related issues. Implement process improvements, automation, and Salesforce Flows. Partner with Sales, Investor Relations, Marketing, and Technology teams. Requirements 23 years' Salesforce administration or CRM experience.
