Summary
The Salesforce Delivery Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for end-to-end delivery across projects, enhancements, and application support. Own end-to-end delivery across projects, enhancements, and support activities, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, quality, and budget
Provide day-to-day direction and oversight to offshore/onshore vendors and contractor resources
Track delivery performance, including risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
Coordinate across project and support streams to ensure seamless execution
Oversee application support (AD/AMS), ensuring system stability and SLA adherence
