Opportunity Description
Role Overview The SFMC Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end maintenance, operation, and optimization of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This role ensures platform stability, supports client enablement, assesses technical feasibility for new requests, and drives continuous improvement in marketing automation and campaign delivery. Key Responsibilities Platform Maintenance & Operations Ensure continuous availability, performance, and security of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Perform routine checks and maintenance of Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and other SFMC modules. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to data sync, send failures, and integration anomalies. Coordinate with internal teams to apply platform updates, patches, and resolve system bugs. Client Guidance & Enablement Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on SFMC functionalities and best practices.
