Opportunity Description
- Develop and execute test cases scripts and scenarios for Salesforce features (Sales Cloud Service Cloud custom objects etc.)
- Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications integrations (APIs) and user interfaces.
- Validate business workflows data integrity and security rules within Salesforce.
- Conduct regression functional integration UAT and smoke testing.
- Identify document and track bugs in tools like Jira and collaborate with developers for resolution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Salesforce developers admins BA PMs) to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Participate in sprint planning daily stand-ups and QA status reporting.
- Create and maintain QA documentation including test plans test data and test summary reports.
- Familiar with bug tracking tools like Jira
