Owns the complete Salesforce Service Cloud Solution and Technical Architecture. The ideal candidate has a mix of CRM processes including Architecture design and implementation experience, with an emphasis on conducting technical discussions/ workshops, and complete solution architecture definition. Lead the team throughout the design, development, launch, and support of solutions. Develops visually rich and professional conceptual design documents targeted to varying audiences of business and technical aptitude. Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the complete technical architecture including the data flow and the integration between Salesforce and other enterprise solutions.
