Job Description
An employer in the insurance industry is looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to join the fully remote team. This person will be responsible for serving as the technical lead within a client‑central Salesforce environment, balancing hands‑on development with architecture and leadership responsibilities. On a daily basis, this person will spend approximately 50% of their time writing, maintaining, and enhancing OmniStudio solutions, along with Lightning and Apex development, and the remaining 50% providing technical leadership by answering questions, reviewing designs, and guiding architectural decisions. They will step into a Salesforce environment where the client‑central migration is nearing completion and operate within a large, shared Salesforce org supporting approximately 3,000 users.
