Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the F&B industry, including restaurants, hotels, catering companies, supermarkets, etc.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product presentations to clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage client accounts, handle inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote company products and expand the customer base.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
