Job Responsibilities

  • Execute the company’s sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Conduct regular customer visits, respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs, and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Collect customer feedback, coordinate internal resources to resolve customer issues related to commercial terms, delivery, quality, etc.
  • Assist the sales manager in market development, responsible for customer requirement alignment, information collection to support the expansion of new customers and new projects.
  • Follow up on the entire order process from order entry, production scheduling, shipping arrangements to after-sales support, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
