Sandblaster B

The Sandblaster B is responsible for preparing metal surfaces and fabricated components for painting and finishing through abrasive blasting and related surface preparation processes. This role supports the manufacturing of grapple trucks, grapple loaders, knuckle boom loaders, and related heavy equipment products by ensuring components meet company quality and coating standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform abrasive blasting of fabricated steel components, assemblies, truck bodies, booms, and related equipment.
+ Prepare surfaces for paint and coatings by removing rust, mill scale, weld splatter, grease, and contaminants.
+ Operate blasting equipment, compressed air systems, vacuum recovery systems, and related tools safely and efficiently.
+ Inspect parts before and after blasting to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Mask and protect surfaces not requiring blasting or coating.
