[SANH-A] Enrolled Nurse

The Enrolled Nurse (EN) plays a crucial role inproviding quality care to elderly residents. They work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and collaborate with doctors, therapists, and caregivers to ensure residents receive the best possible medical and personal care.

• Supervise Care Staff to ensure residents’ good personal hygiene and comfort, with daily nursing care activities such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility support for residents.
• Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration) and report abnormalities.
• Administer medications and perform simple medical procedures (e.g., wound dressing, injections) under RN supervision.
• Assist in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and dementia.
• Respond promptly as First Responder to emergencies and provide basic life support (BLS) if needed.
