Opportunity Description
The SAP Application Operation Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and project implementation activities across SAP technical, development, and functional teams. This role ensures the smooth operation, continuous improvement, and successful deployment of SAP systems while aligning with business objectives and IT standards. Responsibilities
- Team Management
- Lead and coordinate SAP technical, development, and functional teams.
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional groups.
- SAP System Operations & Daily Support Oversight
- Monitor SAP system performance and availability (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.).
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets within SLAs.
- Project Implementation Management
