Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement-gathering workshops, design functional blueprints, and configure advanced eWM features tailored to specific business needs.
- Drive system integration testing (SIT), support user acceptance testing (UAT), manage master data migration, and provide post-go-live hyper care.
- Investigate and resolve complex Level 2 and Level 3 production incidents while managing change requests within established SLA timelines.
