Opportunity Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant to provide subject matter expertise on SAP's best practices. In this role, you will design, implement, and test end-to-end business scenarios while collaborating with cross-functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Support: Deliver full lifecycle implementations and provide post-Go Live support.
- Functional Proficiency: Manage SAP CRM Master Data, CRM Marketing, CRM Service, and interfaces with third-party applications.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Define and execute unit, integration, and regression test scripts; troubleshoot complex functional bugs.
- Collaboration: Work independently with minimal supervision alongside cross-functional and technical teams while managing stakeholder communication and customer satisfaction.
