SAP Customer Service (CS) Functional Consultant

Position Description:

Seeking an experienced SAP CS Consultant to manage and support end to end service management processes, including service orders, notifications, warranties, and after sales service. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to design and deliver effective service solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Configure and support SAP CS module for service management processes.
- Manage service notifications, service orders, contracts, and warranties.
- Handle installed base management and equipment master data.
- Gather and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing user support.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (PM, SD, MM) for integration.
- Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and training materials.
