The project supports an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Finance Transformation initiative , covering planning, forecasting, reporting, profitability management, and treasury processes using SAP solutions.

The scope includes:

• Delivery and support across SAP PaPM, SAP BPC, SAP BW/BW4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP IHB
• Design, build, enhancement, and implementation of PaPM solutions for cost and revenue allocation, profitability analysis, planning, forecasting, and what‑if simulations
• Configuration and support of BPC planning and forecasting models
• Development of BW/BW4HANA data models, ETL processes, and reporting queries
• Development of SAC dashboards, stories, and analytics
• Support for integrated planning processes such as MTP, AOP, and monthly forecasting
