Role Summary
Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Responsibilities
- Work with Newmont’s, SCM IT lead and offshore support team and analyze the incidents created.
- Work with the technical team to analyze the errors related to ABAP or Interfaces.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including IT, Operations, and Supply Chain, to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes and enhancements.
- Create documentation for the enhancements, improvements, process flows and system configuration.
- Providing ongoing support to Newmont users for the SAP MM module
- Able to resolve incidents within SLA independently.
