Looking for Immediate Joiners

Should have solid hands-on experience in PMGM — not just knowing features, but actually implementing them across multiple clients.

• Around 10–15 years of overall experience, with strong focus on SuccessFactors
• At least 4–5 full PMGM implementations
• Certification in PMGM
• Strong understanding
• Goal plans (including cascading, team goals)
• Performance forms and template design.
• Route maps and workflows.
• Calibration (this is important at this level)360 / multi-rater feed
