- Define, design, build, and oversee implementation of ERP functional solutions based on SAP S/4HANA , focusing on SAP FI and SAP MDG .
- Support day‑to‑day incident tickets and ensure resolution within SLA timelines .
- Develop new system features based on business requirements , including configuration, functional specifications, test planning, and execution .
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation such as design documents, configuration guides, and support manuals .
