Qualifications

• Over 5 years of SAP Success Factors implementation experience across industries and all phases of the implementation cycle
• Expertise in SuccessFactors project management methodology and deliverables
• Expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning Management and Succession Management solutions; experience consulting global organizations on SAP HCM Cloud migration
• Strong XML knowledge
• Excellent communication, presentation skills and a team‑player attitude
• Excellent understanding of the employee life‑cycle management process in global organizations
• Knowledge of module integrations within SuccessFactors
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP or third‑party HRIS and solutions
• Strong learning ability, agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments
