Responsibilities Configure and maintain Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules. Implement and support Talent Management modules: Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Recruiting, Learning Management System (LMS), Compensation. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Manage system upgrades, releases, and testing cycles. Provide end‑user training and support. Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external regulations. Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations.
