SAP SuccessFactors Design Lead/Senior Consultant

We’re looking for a Senior Data Design Lead who is responsible for defining, governing, and delivering the end‑to‑end data design and migration strategy for SAP SuccessFactors implementations, with a strong focus on mapping and transforming SAP ECC HCM data into the SuccessFactors data model. The role operates as a critical bridge between HR business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical migration teams.
