Role Overview

The role requires deep expertise in Employee Central data models, HR core processes, onboarding configuration, and integration with broader SAP SuccessFactors modules. The consultant will support end-to-end HR transformation activities including data migration, system configuration, integration design, testing, and transition to BAU operations.
