We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant specializing in SAP Success Factors Onboarding 2.0 and Succession & Development to lead key streams of a broader Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation program. This role will be responsible for delivering full-cycle implementation, functional solution design, configuration, and integration of these modules, ensuring alignment with HR best practices and organizational talent strategies.
