Sap successfactors rcm/onb consultant

The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of exclusive hands-on experience in SAP Success Factors RCM/ONB/RMK. The candidate should have worked on implementation and maintenance of this module across countries, preferably in mid/large size organization
You will
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate strongly with (technical/functional) Product Owners to define business requirements and conduct gap analysis to ensure alignment with SF-RCM capabilities.
- Configure and maintain recruitment workflows, permission settings, candidate management, and system integration activities.
- Train end-users on the effective use of Success Factors RCM, ONB, and RMK modules to ensure maximum utilization and adoption.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
