SAP SuccessFactors RCM/ONB Consultant

The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of exclusive hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM/ONB/RMK . The candidate should have worked on implementation and maintenance of this module across countries, preferably in mid/large size organization You will Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems and develop effective solutions. Collaborate strongly with (technical/functional) Product Owners to define business requirements and conduct gap analysis to ensure alignment with SF-RCM capabilities. Configure and maintain recruitment workflows, permission settings, candidate management, and system integration activities. Train end-users on the effective use of SuccessFactors RCM, ONB, and RMK modules to ensure maximum utilization and adoption.
