SAP SuccessFactors Solution Lead

As part of a pan-European transformation programme, my client is currently looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Lead on a Permanent basis. This is a key role which demands a blend of Business & Technical Solution Expertise, Strategic Process Implementation and Stakeholder Management.

Working closely with cross-functional teams including SAP & Digital in order to successfully architect the SuccessFactors solutions in line with my client’s transformation goals. The role is fully hybrid with a choice of 3 locations in Germany, Poland or Portugal as the Home Base - travel will be regular and required, however relocation is not fully necessary.

Core Skills Required

• Proven track record with SAP SuccessFactors with a portfolio of successful implementations.
• Deep knowledge of various SAP SuccessFactors including EC, LM, Payroll, etc.
