Job Description

This role is based at Satair and is a key leadership position – the Head of Inbound – responsible for directing a core functional area of warehouse operations to meet performance targets, customer expectations and stringent quality and safety standards.

The Head will manage a team of receiving inspectors, focusing on professional development and alignment with company objectives. The position is accountable for the efficient, accurate and safe handling and inspection of all incoming goods, from arrival to goods receipt and inventory management, ensuring product integrity and a hazard‑free work environment.

The Head will build a talent pipeline by determining appropriate staffing levels, managing workloads and developing team members for future growth.
