Key Responsibilities

• Organize and run recruitment events (BOP) for Partner and Agents.
• Identify prospective Partners and Licensed Agents.
• Select, onboard partners/agents and are responsible for their incomes.
• Own the operational aspects of coding of a new Partner/Agent and other day‑to‑day interactions with support functions whenever required.
• Plan goals and performance needs for Partners and Agents periodically.
• Set weekly production targets for team of agents and partners.
• Identify partner/agent development needs and work with team to schedule appropriate technical, product and skills training and coaching; develop agents in line with career development/training requirements of the company.
• Accompany agents on customer visits to support and improve sales skills; help with prospecting activity in the field by joint field work activity with partners/agents.
