SCADA/CC&B Process Analyst: Drive Efficiency & Insights

The Cleveland Division of Police is looking for a Business Process Analyst to oversee and improve business processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, and preferably 3+ years of experience with SCADA and Oracle CC&B projects. Key responsibilities include managing performance metrics, facilitating communication, and driving process improvements.
