Opportunity Description

Scania Service Manager

Key Responsibilities 

Operational Support 

Effective service process planning and control.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Engage with workshop foreman, shift leads daily and build collaborative relationships.
Monitor the service reception function and assist with any queries or opportunities.
Ensure Scania booking in processes are being followed in line with DCS processes – standards.
Engage with Scania account Managers for technical assistance and help with claims where required.
Quality check, a proportion of service literature and job cards to ensure accuracy, report back to Technician with discrepancies for rectification.
Assist R&M and Warranty Administrator with technical queries to increase positive data entry.
Attend meetings with senior management and Scania representatives to discuss performance and discrepancies in operational procedures.
