Scania Service Manager
Key Responsibilities

Operational Support
  • Effective service process planning and control.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage with workshop foreman, shift leads daily and build collaborative relationships.
  • Monitor the service reception function and assist with any queries or opportunities.
  • Ensure Scania booking in processes are being followed in line with DCS processes standards.
  • Engage with Scania account Managers for technical assistance and help with claims where required.
  • Quality check, a proportion of service literature and job cards to ensure accuracy, report back to Technician with discrepancies for rectification.
  • Assist R&M and Warranty Administrator with technical queries to increase positive data entry.
