SCEM Manager ( with HVAC experience)/ Energy Manager

We are seeking Singaporean only experienced Energy Manager / SCEM Manager /Facilities Manager with HVAC exposure to join our Facilities team in the Central Region. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of our building facilities, ensuring they meet the standards of safety, functionality and sustainability.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily Facilities maintenance operations of our ACMV , Chiller , HVAC, mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with the relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions, and coordinate the timely resolution of problems with internal teams and external contractors
• Analyse and interpret data from building management systems to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost savings.
