Reporting directly to the Field Manager with a dotted line to the AG Operations Lead, this role bridges Agriculture, Plant Operations, and Growers to align raw material quality and volume with production requirements. By leveraging McCain’s latest scheduling systems and data insights, the Scheduler supports operational excellence, food safety, and finished product quality across the Manitoba operations.
