**Scheduling Coordinator, Lincoln Park**

Our Kohler Waters Spa team at The American Club Resort offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich waters and is one of only 64 five-star spas worldwide. Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.
Specific responsibilities include:
+ Utilize forecast tools, class schedule, reservations, group blocks etc. to generate schedules for location commission staff (therapists, instructors, trainers, etc.).
+ Monitor reservations for overbooking.
+ Block off schedule where necessary (groups, classes, extra time needed, lunches, etc.).
+ Work in partnership with leaders to distribute and manage edits to schedules to ensure timely delivery of posted schedules.
