Department: PATIENT ACCESS SVCS
Job Summary
The Schegistrar is responsible for scheduling and pre-registering patient appointments. These tasks are completed by answering incoming calls, making outgoing calls, through data entry or via appointment/pre-registration work queues.
Core Job Responsibilities
All Assignments
+ Answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
+ Make outgoing calls to patients/providers/departments in a professional manner.
+ Schedule/re-schedule appointments in Epic Cadence or OpTime software program.
+ Create hospital accounts and complete pre-registration for all scheduled appointments.
+ Data entry and Appointment Work queue scheduling
+ Perform other duties as required.
