About the roleResponsibility for delivering welfare, support and management services to residents living within sheltered housing schemes to enable them to live as independently as possible.
Assisting tenants in claiming relevant welfare benefits, maximising their income and ensuring rent is paid through appropriate methods
Allocating and letting of empty homes within the schemes
Working with professional and voluntary agencies to encourage good neighbourhood relations and promote a sense of community
Occasional cover required across our other Sheltered Housing schemes across Norfolk and Suffolk.
