School Based Behavior Technician - 2026/2027 School Year

Amergis Staffing is currently seeking school-based Behavior Technicians (BT) for the **2026/2027 school year in El Cajon, CA.**

**Position Details:**

**Pay:** $25/hour

**Start Date:** August 2026

**Hours Per Week:** 30

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday school hours

**Length:** 2026-2027 School Year

**Requirements:** ABA experience, 6-12 months experience as a Behavior Technician, must be comfortable toileting and changing. Will be working with children with special needs. Prior experience working with children or as a caregiver is required. High school diploma or GED.
