School Board Trustee American Education Expert

The American Education Expert Trustee provides independent educational expertise and guidance to the Board of Trustees, drawing upon substantial leadership experience as a successful Principal or Head of School within an American curriculum school. The trustee supports the Board in fulfilling its governance responsibilities by providing informed challenge, advice, and oversight relating to curriculum implementation, student achievement, school improvement, accreditation, inspection readiness, leadership effectiveness, and emerging trends in American education. The trustee contributes an external perspective on educational quality and best practice, helping the Board hold school leadership appropriately accountable for educational outcomes while respecting the distinction between governance and operational management.

• Attend four (4) quarterly Board of Trustees meetings annually, approximately two hours each.
