School Compliance Officer

GEMS Founders School, Masdar City, seeks a Social Compliance Officer (SCO) to lead regulatory compliance at the school level. The SCO will ensure alignment with local educational authorities (MOE, ADEK, KHDA, SPEA, RAK, MOHRE), Civil Defense, Health and Safety, and other relevant bodies.

• Manage the student regulatory system, including registrations, transfers, withdrawals, and mark entries.
• Coordinate the teacher approval process with HR, ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of all permits and licences required for school operations.
• Organize school‑level compliance documentation related to regulatory and administrative requirements.
• Serve as the school’s single point of contact for regulatory matters, coordinating with the Cluster Compliance Lead (CCL) and external regulators.
