Job Description

Purpose of the Role: The IT Technician is responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the school’s technology systems and infrastructure to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of academic and administrative activities. The role involves supporting staff, students, and parents with technology-related issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, and assisting in the implementation of technology initiatives across the school. Customer service minded with a proactive and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and second-line technical support to staff, students, and parents for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, interactive displays, and other IT equipment.
