Summary About the Position:This position will be located in the Pacific West District; Guam, with the Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA). Federal employees in Guam are currently entitled to receive a 11.88 Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. This position is not covered by a bargaining unit. Responsibilities Uses student achievement data and related data to make decisions regarding the school improvement plan, teacher professional development requirements, and programmatic changes. Establishes DoWEA educator performance elements and evaluates teacher work. Initiates communications between school administration, students, teachers, parents, the local community, and base offices that provide services to the school and/or staff.
