**Position Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **School Social Worker** to support students across multiple school sites. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs and contributing to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs).

Candidates should be comfortable working with **students across all grade levels** and **floating between nearby campuses** as needed.
