School Social Worker – East Moline, IL

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated **School Social Worker** to support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs within a school-based setting. This individual will collaborate with educators and a multidisciplinary team to help students succeed academically and personally through targeted interventions and support services.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Provide **social-emotional support** to students in the school environment
+ Conduct **social casework evaluations** for initial and re-evaluations
+ Assist in the development and implementation of **IEPs and IHPs**
+ Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff
+ Identify and address students’ social and emotional challenges
+ Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
