Opportunity Description
Job Scope:
- Keep a log of student visits – Maintain clear records of who uses the room, when, and for how long. This information is essential for identifying usage patterns, planning interventions, and evaluating the room's effectiveness over time.
- Monitor attendance and usage patterns – Be observant of students who access the space frequently or for extended periods. Where necessary, communicate with the Year Head or Student Development Team to explore further support or guidance for the student.
- Maintain discipline and structure within the space – While the room encourages autonomy and unstructured play, clear boundaries must still be set. Ensure students understand appropriate behaviours within the Chill‑Out Room and gently redirect them when needed.
