Science Technician

Cokethorpe School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and organised Science Technician to join our successful Science Department from September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Science, Head Technician and teaching staff.
• Support practical science teaching across the School, primarily within Physics and also Biology and Chemistry, including at A Level.
• Prepare and maintain resources for practical lessons.
• Assist with demonstrations and experiments.
• Ensure the safe use and storage of equipment and materials.
• Create an engaging and well-organised learning environment for pupils.
