A Postdoctoral Fellow / Scientist position is immediately available at the Stem Cells and Diabetes Laboratory, IMCB, A*STAR, Singapore. Adrian Teo’s laboratory is interested in leveraging human stem cell technology and human in vitro models to study mechanisms underlying diabetes and metabolic diseases.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Ph.D. degree in Stem Cells / Diabetes / Pancreas / Beta Cell / Metabolism disciplines or equivalent, awarded by an internationally recognized institution
• A good publication track record
• Extensive experience with mammalian stem cell culture, differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells and molecular biology techniques
• Experience with genome-editing techniques such as the CRISPR-Cas9 system will be valued
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills
