• Proficient in statistical analysis of assay data and interpreting potency and mechanism of action.

• Basic to intermediate understanding of the biologics pharmaceutical industry.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong fundamentals in biochemistry and cell biology.
• Cell culture techniques and management.
• Experience in biochemical and cell-based assays, including specialty assays.
• Skilled in designing screening workflows, assay development, optimization, and validation.
• Understanding of target and therapeutic classes.
